Booking and Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations within 24 hours of the session can be rescheduled at Greenhill Forge’s discretion.

• No-shows without prior notice are non-refundable.

• Once the consultation has been provided, clients waive the right to a 14-day cooling-off period and are not eligible for a refund.

• Greenhill Forge reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances; a full refund or alternative slot will be offered.

Session Format

• Consultations are conducted via Google Meet, or an alternative agreed upon by all parties.

• Clients are responsible for providing relevant project details prior to or during the session to maximize its value.

• Sessions are limited to the booked duration; additional time requires a new booking.

• Greenhill Forge provides consultation based on Eric’s expertise and experience. However, no guarantees or warranties are made regarding the success, feasibility, or final outcome of any project discussed.

• Advice and solutions offered are for informational purposes only and depend on the client’s execution, resources, and external factors beyond our control.

• Clients assume full responsibility for implementing suggestions and any associated risks or results.

Intellectual Property

• Ideas and general advice shared during consultations remain the intellectual property of Greenhill Forge unless otherwise agreed.

• Clients may use suggestions for personal projects but may not reproduce or distribute consultation content commercially without written consent.

Liability

• Greenhill Forge and Eric are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the use of consultation advice.

• Clients undertake projects at their own risk and should consult qualified professionals where safety or compliance is a concern.

Privacy

• Personal information provided for bookings will be used solely for consultation purposes and not shared with third parties, except as required by law.

• Sessions may be recorded for quality assurance with client consent; recordings will not be shared publicly.

Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved under this jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

• Greenhill Forge reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of changes via the website.
